Origami Gifts for All Occasions

3D Modular Gifts:  Each of these gifts are original designs using 300 - 700 individual modules made from construction or Astrobright paper.  Each piece can be personalized from 40+ different shades to create the perfect gift for you or a loved one.

Origami Kits:  Kits are available for each of the 3D Modular Gifts.  Every kit includes:  All paper needed to build the model (plus additional pieces just in case...);  detailed instructions on how to make the particular module used in that model;  a detailed pattern on how to assemble the model (if required);  an example (pre-folded) module-since many people learn by 'seeing what it looks like;'  and my business card with email/phone included (in case you need assistance).

Each portrait starts with a photo, which I then 'posterize,' hand-cut each color into a separate layer and assemble into the portrait that you see.  This process can be performed for nearly all photos - if you have a favorite photo that you'd like to see in a Layered Portrait, contact the artist for details.

Origami Quilts are a fusion of both origami and quilting art forms. Using as few as 100 or as many as 700 pieces of paper, these models can evoke feelings of warmth, mystery, joy and many other emotions depending on the colors, patterns and size chosen. Each unit of every quilt contains individual modules locked together forming a unit. These units are then combined in a manner similar to quilt squares, with the ability to resemble patchwork quilts, ancient tilings or even diaramas - literally an infinite array of themes, thus making it a unique art form unto itself.
